Prana

The constant flow of energy pervading throughout the cosmos flows through me... Energy is what makes me move. It happens in the "HERE and NOW".. and definitely no thinking. Few questions/ attachment which rise up regarding energy: 1. Do I maintain energy? 2. Do I manage energy? Alone? 3. Am I responsible for my energy?  A big NO. It just flows...
